Love my car! Friendly salesperson. Brenda Granillo was very busy with other customers when we came in but she took the time to meet with us and test drive the vehicle. I had originall Brenda Granillo was very busy with other customers when we came in but she took the time to meet with us and test drive the vehicle. I had originally talked to her via email. She took the time beforehand to send a real time video of the car which gave a better perspective of the overall car. She was the only salesperson who took the time to do this when we were gathering information from other dealers regarding this vehicle. She also answered all the questions we had related to the car as quickly as she could via email. When we met her face to face she was never pushy and truthfully answered additional questions. We were very happy with Brenda G. The buying/negotiating time took a little more time than anticipated but overall a good experience. Thank you. More

On 7/31 I went into a different dealership to get a truck; I was content with the truck and they were willing to work with me to get into a vehicle. I was advised by my family to come to THIS dealership to explore more options. On 8/1 I came in with my fiancé and spoke to Ron Smith who guaranteed he would take care of us (the irony of it all is hilarious) we picked out the car we wanted my fiancé left for work and my mom (who’s worked at SEVERAL dealerships) came to help with negotiations. Ron was very rude going back and forth with my mother about how the dealership would never lose on a deal just to get me into a vehicle. I should have walked away then; but he was able to get me to the price I wanted so I decided to trust them. Ron came back after speaking with his management team and I ASKED “did I get a approved?” He then replied “of coarse you did” although he seems to have gained dementia in the last couple of days because he doesn’t recall telling me I was approved. He took a picture of me in front of my truck then proceeded to record himself telling his clients I had just bought a new vehicle. He had everyone in the showroom clap and had me blow a horn (which is something they do when you buy a vehicle) He then had me wait for Elsa in financing. Elsa was sweet AT FIRST. Until she tried to add $90 onto my car note for a warranty and gap. I asked her what the price of the gap was she then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know off the top of her head and she would have to calculate it (which she didn’t) I did though for both warranty and gap it was $6480 the gap alone was $3000 😂 I denied it and she was visibly angry and rushing the transaction after that. She kept coming back in with different pricing but again I declined because I with progressive you can get gap at a MUCH CHEAPER RATE. Regardless of how her attitude I still decided to proceed with buying the truck. I signed my paperwork was given the keys and was on my way. On Monday 8/3 I receive a voice mail from Ron thanking me for my business and if I needed anything else I could reach out to him . ( still have that voicemail) on Wednesday 8/5 I got a missed call from Elsa. I then called her back and she proceeds to tell me I was not approved for the car loan and would need to return the vehicle. I was confused and angry because she stated it was PENDING APPROVAL. I was never told this by Ron or Elsa. Elsa probably meant to tell me, but was too angry she couldn’t sell me gap or warranty that she failed to mention it. I WOULD NEVER have risked taking a $40,000 truck out of the lot if it wasn’t truly mine. WHO TAKES THAT KIND OF RISK? Since purchasing the vehicle I have sold the car I was going to use as a trade in at the previous dealership, I purchased non refundable accessories for the vehicle, and paid for car insurance and gap on the vehicle (none of which I would have done if there was any transparency at this dealership) i then spoke to Robert a sales manager there. I asked what had happened he claimed it was FORD not the dealership (flat out lie since I called ford directly and they had no record of my application being submitted) anywho I asked him for option at the time he said the vehicle could not be in either my name or the co-signers name. There was never talk of other vehicle options they just wanted the truck back. Without my knowledge my family showed up at the dealership to speak with financing. Keep in mind; I was not there and the co-signer was not there. Elsa was extremely rude to my mom (calling her a liar) and so was Carla. They spoke about things involving my credit balances and my co signers vehicles. None of that information should have EVER been disclosed without ME or the Co-Signer being present. I guess anyone can go in and say their my family and they’ll gladly reveal private information. on 8/6 I got a missed call from Robert a sales manager he then texted me to call about the truck again. He called me back and I recorded our conversation when asking him for my options he didn’t give me one. When telling him that I SPOKE to ford and they hadn’t gotten my application he then proceeded to tell me that wasn’t true. He was noticeably bothered over the phone I then told him if he wanted his truck he would have to pick it up. I have nothing in writing that legally binds me to return the vehicle. I have text messages telling him I needed it in writing that I had to return the vehicle and I needed the denial of my ford application. He then THREATENED to report the vehicle stolen if it wasn’t delivered by noon today. Although, he had already agreed to pick up the vehicle. After telling him that I was going to make a complaint to the OCCC AND the BBB he THEN proceeded to try to give me options that were not ford and would be higher payments. I saw through your poor attempt to “help” really what kind of options are those? So he was basically telling me I would get into a used car with a payment higher than $565? What was the thought process here? Overall terrible experience. And if you have also had a bad experience there are things that can be done make a complaint to the OCCC AND the BBB never leave the dealership with a PENDING approval. Don’t buy their $3000 gap; I got my gap from my credit union for $375 they don’t care about you they care about themselves. My family will leave their own review on their experience so you can see for yourself. Also don’t let them try to sell you 2020 Ford F-150 in Magma Red for the sticker price. I LEFT WITH THE VEHICLE thinking it was mine. It’s now used not a demo like they’ll try to convince you. VIN BEING 1FTEW1CP9LKD87353 NOT A NEW CAR ANYMORE. As soon as a client leaves with the vehicle the car goes down in value. More

I had expressed interest in a car via an online portal and received a call from Richard very shortly after. From the moment I arrived, Richard was direct, sincere, and genuinely interested in helping my wife and I find a new pre-owned car to drive home in. The experience of purchasing a car is stressful in itself, and knowing there will be back and forth you just hope you get the best deal. I strongly feel like my wife and I did get the best deal thanks to Richard and him working with us to make that possible. We are happy! More
