We recently bought a new Subaru Wilderness from Grand Subaru. We were in a crunch as our original car was totaled so we needed to buy a car pretty quickly. I have got my first Subaru thanks to Cameron. Before the delivery of the vehicle, he was always available to talk about the possible scenarios ( buying vs leasing), type of car (I wanted manual transmissio delivery of the vehicle, he was always available to talk about the possible scenarios ( buying vs leasing), type of car (I wanted manual transmission) and he was able to find the right model for a quick delivery, even in this moment of supply shortage. During the delivery, he has been amazing, showing tricks and things I could do with my car immediately. Also, before signing all papers, he offered me few options in order to make me comfortable with my choice. I never felt the pressure to close the contract as soon as possible, big plus for me. To be completely frank, I had a great experience with all people in the dealership, very welcoming. Al sent me few documents I forgot to as the day after the delivery!! More
