I hadn’t purchased a car in 29 years and was feeling a little overwhelmed by the process. I did my research and intended to test drive my top three prospects. My first test drive at a Kia dealership was little overwhelmed by the process. I did my research and intended to test drive my top three prospects. My first test drive at a Kia dealership was rushed at and a bit chaotic ( though I liked the car). I next tested a Crosstrek at Grand Subaru. Jeff was my sales rep and he was great. He took a lot of time with me and was very informative. I liked the car and after a few days called Jeff to buy the car. The purchasing process was quick and efficient. Again, Jeff spent time with me familiarizing me with the car controls, syncing my phone, answering my questions. My experience with Jeff and Grand Subaru was a very positive one. I am confident if I have any problem with my car in the future that they will have my back. More

Although we had a negative start with no returned emails to the new car sales management in order to set up an appointment, we ended coming back to the dealership after going to Schaumburg as they didnt hav to the new car sales management in order to set up an appointment, we ended coming back to the dealership after going to Schaumburg as they didnt have the car we wanted.
