We had a great experience buying our new car at Grand Subaru. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to get more than what we wanted. Gabriel (Gabe) was straightforward, approachable, knowledgeable and all around easy to work with. Drew from financing was also fantastic. I am a long-time Subaru owner, and this past summer when it came time to replace my old Outback (which I loved for a solid eleven years), I went to three different Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area it came time to replace my old Outback (which I loved for a solid eleven years), I went to three different Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area to learn about the Subaru Ascent and consider purchasing one. I didn't have a negative experience anywhere, but at Grand Subaru, my experience with Jorge Calvillo as a salesperson and with the entire team in general - from the sales department to the service department and figuring out a trade in value on my Outback - stood out as incredibly positive from start to finish. Jorge was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He never pressured me into any decisions, and he helped me understand the purchasing process from both my end and his so that we arrived at what I feel is a great outcome - I'm now in an Ascent that I love at a great price. I will absolutely go to Grand Subaru moving forward for both service and any future purchases. More
