I didn't have a negative experience anywhere, but at Grand Subaru, my experience with Jorge Calvillo as a salesperson and with the entire team in general - from the sales department to the service department and figuring out a trade in value on my Outback - stood out as incredibly positive from start to finish. Jorge was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He never pressured me into any decisions, and he helped me understand the purchasing process from both my end and his so that we arrived at what I feel is a great outcome - I'm now in an Ascent that I love at a great price.
