Early this month, we visited Grand Subaru to trade in our 2007 Subaru Forester (which we had purchased at Grand Subaru 17 years ago) for a new car. The person we met with was Chelsea Jordan. She was extreme 2007 Subaru Forester (which we had purchased at Grand Subaru 17 years ago) for a new car. The person we met with was Chelsea Jordan. She was extremely helpful (without being pushy) during our "new car" decision process. Once our choice was made and our new Subaru Impreza was on the premises, Chelsea facilitated all the necessary paperwork to allow us to drive it home. She showed us the car's features and patiently answered all of our many questions. Chelsea made our entire purchase experience worry-free and very enjoyable. We are very happy with our new Subaru. The next time we purchase a vehicle at Grand Subaru, we're going to ask for Chelsea Jordan. More

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Grand Subaru. We are from out of state and have purchased many cars away from home. Grand Subaru is by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car anywhere. Price was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. We even met some of the maintenance techs to look the car over and once again, top notch people. Last week we needed to get our title expedited and it was sent as promised within two days. This dealership really is a top rate place to work with. We dealt with Afiza, and Andrew in sales and Al in finance and they were all excellent. Thank you again Grand Subaru, we will definitely shop with Grand Subaru again in the future. More

I drove 1 1/2 hours to come back and buy my 2024 Subaru from Nealy after moving out of the Chicagoland area. Nealy was great to work with on my first Forester om 2018 and my new 2024 Forester. Being a senior citizen, I have probably bought at least 30 cars in my life. Thee majority of those experiences were less than satisfying to say the least.
