Andrew was a very good salesman. Answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he told you he didn’t know but could find someone who did know instead of trying to BS me. Also felt comfortable buying from Andrew without the usual car buying pressure. The finance person did a very thorough job explaining everything along the way and was very persistent in getting me a loan as the first two banks declined, sorry I don’t remember her name. On my most recent purchase, General Manager- Ryan Drouin and TradeUp Advantage Coordinator- Nealy Anderson far exceeded my expectations. They took time to understand what I was looking for, provided great advice, and delivered on an efficient and seamless trade-in and purchase closing. Not too mention a great price on both the trade-in and new purchase!!
