After being in a terrible car accident last winter, I knew I needed a safer car so Subaru was the ticket. The dealership itself is easy to get to and very clean inside. I worked with Ramon and he was instantly friendly and helpful. Super easy to talk to - Not overbearing, condescending or pushy like the common stereotypes. Ramon was so chill and extremely patient with me. I wanted to make the right decision so it took us over the course of about a month and quite a few test drives for me to find the one! Seriously, I can’t believe he was so patient. He also made time for me even though I could tell he had a lot going on. Made me feel like I was important even though I still hadn’t committed to purchase. I’ll be back again when it comes time to get a new Subaru! Oh and also special shout-out to Brandon who helped make everything simple to understand at the end of the process. More

I comparison shopped at 8 dealerships throughout May, 2021, including 3 Subaru dealers, 3 Toyota dealers, and 2 Honda dealers. I chose Grand Subaru because it wasted the least of my time and hyped least 2021, including 3 Subaru dealers, 3 Toyota dealers, and 2 Honda dealers. I chose Grand Subaru because it wasted the least of my time and hyped least about the chip shortage (the least amount of "you need to buy it NOW" crap). The internet sales manager, Gabriel Talpos, was responsive, concise, patient, and provided a degree of transparency that I couldn't find in the other salesmen/women. For 11 days, before, during, and post sale, Gabriel responded every one of our inquiries via email because he understood very quickly that we didn't want to be overwhelmed phone calls or texts. In person, Gabriel didn't assume the typical loquacious and loud salesmen persona. Rather, he respected our intelligence, answered our Qs honestly, and let us test drive an Outback 3 times to finally pull the trigger on it. He presented us different warranty options and didn't pressure us on any of it. He understood that an acceptable trade-in value was essential to our willingness to do business at Grand Subaru and made an effort to adjust the initially assessed trade-in value. Chelsea at finance was very helpful, thorough and funny. She explained every line item important to me in the pile of paper I had to understand before signing. She even walked me to my new car to make sure I could locate my owner's menu because she knew I felt nervous about everything as a first time Subaru customer. I was becoming allergic to old school dealerships in May, but Grand Subaru was a breath of fresh air. It's a dealership that's kept up with the times (hello, remote work/assistance/everything post 2020). It didn't insist that I be in person to get answers to the questions I wanted to ask. It got back to my first internet inquiry via email within a few hrs of my filling out their internet inquiry form. Napleton Subaru took 2 days. All Toyota dealers wanted in person Q&A and piled on high pressure tactics (we'll give you $200 more for your trade-in if you ask no Q and buy our MSRP+outrageous dealership fees Rav4 today). Schaumburg Honda manager arrogantly claimed that Hondas were supposed to be more expensive than Subaru or Nissan and that's the end of that (No discount offered till I pulled out Continental Honda discount). Dealers, learn from Grand Subaru, and understand that your customers' time is worth $ and they know how to research on this thing called Google. More

I had the best experience ever buying a new Forester. Jorge was the salesman and he was the best, I never look forward to shopping for a new car, but loved this dealership and the people there.
