Just completed my purchase of a 2021 WRX with Kiril and Grand Subaru of Bensenville. Staff was very friendly, sales was painless and easy. Kiril was on top of everything and kept me informed throughout the Grand Subaru of Bensenville. Staff was very friendly, sales was painless and easy. Kiril was on top of everything and kept me informed throughout the wait for the delivery of my vehicle. I'm loving the new car and will come back again in the future assuming I choose to go with a Subaru again years from now. I only had one minor issue in the process - I know for certain that when we designed the vehicle on the Subaru website I chose several options that did not end up on the delivered vehicle. That said, I was not charged for any of the ones I expected to be there, but I was just slightly (tiny bit) disappointed that several of the minor things didn't come through (power outlet, footwell lighting). Not sure how that happened! That said, they offered to install the things and just include it in the price, which is what would have happened anyways, but I decided against doing them since the paperwork was already signed, car completed, and I was not wanting to do those things after the fact. At the end of the day, it is their loss on the cost of those add-ons, so no problems for me the consumer! More

Though I live in New York State I chose to work with this dealership because their online reviews were excellent and their price could not be matched by anyone on my side of the country. However the best par dealership because their online reviews were excellent and their price could not be matched by anyone on my side of the country. However the best part of the experience was the no pressure sales approach and the feeling that I got the best price for the car I bought without any adversarial negotiations or last minute surprises. Every other car I’ve brought required a high tension series of interactions with salesmen that are both unpleasant and usually put the buyer at a disadvantage. Working with Mr. Cameron Haque at Grand Subaru the entire experience was friendly and without any tension or manipulation. Not only we were able to finalize almost all details by email but the man even picked me up from the airport! It’s hard to find something to compare the experience to but perhaps the easiest way to explain is that it’s like when you’re at Home Depot and you find the associate who not only knows the part you need but is happy to patiently tell you all the information you need for your project. My entire experience felt like that kind of friendly, buyer centric interaction. Without reservation I strongly recommend Mr. Haque and Grand to anyone in the market for for a Subaru. More
