Grand Subaru was the LEAST pushy dealership I have ever experienced (and I used to work at a dealership)! We came in on a whim to just look and were treated wonderfully. Matt answered all of my goofy quest experienced (and I used to work at a dealership)! We came in on a whim to just look and were treated wonderfully. Matt answered all of my goofy questions and showed me all sorts of options, all while NOT pushing me into a sale. When I said "I'll take it" he even asked if I wanted to sleep on it and come back. WHAT DEALER DOES THAT!! I knew right then and there I was making the RIGHT choice! I would come back here again, but, it's a Subaru, so, gods willing, I won't need a new car for another decade or 2! More

My wife and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Forester from Sharlene at Grand Subaru, and couldn't be happier with our experience. We contacted Sharlene online to set up an appointment and l 2018 Forester from Sharlene at Grand Subaru, and couldn't be happier with our experience. We contacted Sharlene online to set up an appointment and let her know which vehicle we were interested in financing. What I especially loved is Sharlene had the keys waiting for us and the car ready to take for a test drive when we arrived. She didn't try to up-sell us or talk us into a deal in which we weren't interested. On top of that, Sharlene went above and beyond in negotiating a deal that worked for all parties. I definitely recommend Grand Subaru and Sharlene! More
