Had a wonderful experience working with Jorge at Grand Subaru. Initially I thought he was trying to be super friendly just to get me to buy something, but as time went on it was clear that he actually car Subaru. Initially I thought he was trying to be super friendly just to get me to buy something, but as time went on it was clear that he actually cared about me and my wife as individuals (and he wanted to sell us a car). My wife Heather and I recently bought our first Subaru, a 2020 Forester Premium from Chris Thomas. Initially not able to find the exact unit we wanted he called us back the next day to inform us he had lo a 2020 Forester Premium from Chris Thomas. Initially not able to find the exact unit we wanted he called us back the next day to inform us he had located one. We used the Costco discount program and it could not have been easier. My wife also complimented the dealership on how clean and inviting the dealership premises were and that everyone there abided by the statewide mask mandate which show great consideration for us as customers.
