Gabriel made my car buying experience great. He answered all my questions and kept me informed when we experience a delay (totally out of his control). He checked on me frequently making sure I was comforta all my questions and kept me informed when we experience a delay (totally out of his control). I came to Grand instead of a dealer closer to me because of the original response of their employees. Gabriel added to that experience. I had a great experience with the staff. I went in to look at a used vehicle I saw online. I told Jorge I was driving from a long way away and he made sure the vehicle was still available and brought it look at a used vehicle I saw online. I told Jorge I was driving from a long way away and he made sure the vehicle was still available and brought it up front since he know I was on a tight schedule that day. Jorge was able to answer all my questions and was not pushy at all. I never once was stressed during the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy. The only problem I had was partly my own fault. I didn’t look at the gas gauge when I left and about halfway home, I heard a ding and my gas light was on. So, make sure you check how much gas you have when you leave. More
