Grand Subaru in Bensenville, IL was the first dealership I have ever dealt with in terms of buying a vehicle. Trace Peterson was an excellent sales associate. He was transparent and honest with me throughou I have ever dealt with in terms of buying a vehicle. Trace Peterson was an excellent sales associate. He was transparent and honest with me throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned 2017 Subaru Impreza. Within the first two weeks, I had to bring it back to the dealer to get two minor things looked at: the plastic housing around the monitor screen unhooked on one side and it just had to be pushed back into place. The second issue was that the blower motor had to be replaced due to a high pitched whining sound. These issues were covered by the fifteen day warranty offered by them. However, a third issue came up when I was out of town and I wasn't able to get it looked at within the fifteen day warranty. I noticed my gas tank door stopped locking since the locking piece fell into the body panel somehow. I explained the situation to the dealership and they repaired the issue free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't fight me on the issue and all of the staff I dealt with were kind and professional. I purchased window deflectors from them without issue and plan on servicing my vehicle there moving forward. Considering this was my first car buying experience through a dealership, I didn't expect it to be this pain free. More

Branden made the finance extremely easy. After we bought our car, Joe even took time out of his day to take a picture to celebrate the special moment. A family atmosphere all around. We love our car! Neally and the staff at Grand have a customer for life. I was able to purchase the car I wanted, at the online price quoted, and get it and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Neally found the car for me at another Dealership and had it delivered at no additional charge within the week. No crazy surprises, price was agreed upon online.
