Both were very responsive to inquiries I had and we’re very easy to work with. Their excellent service played a part in my decision to purchase my new vehicle at Grand Subaru. There was no pressure and I feel that I paid a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised to visit Grand Subaru in 2020 after a less positive experience in 2014. Unlike other dealerships, I felt respected and valued at Grand Subaru. The only negative was the lack of a ramp to avoid stairs, necessitating an awkward trip through the service department. More

The only thing I would say to future buyers is that, if you haven't bought a car in a while (I hadn't), there are a lot more things to consider when it comes to warranties these days. If you read up on them in advance, you might be able to save yourself some time at the dealership. Overall, a great buying experience: we love the car and the price was very fair (although we used a buying service that helped in this area). More
Kiril is the BEST! I've had my car for 18 years, so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a 2020 Subaru Outback, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find I've had my car for 18 years, so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a 2020 Subaru Outback, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find the model that fit my needs. When I gave Kiril a call, he helped me decide on one that fit my needs but also didn't hurt my wallet (the Premium). Within 15 minutes he was able to find it in my first color choice! This was a big deal considering that production of these new vehicles had slowed down. Fast forward a week later, my family and I went to the dealership and met with Kiril to finalize the purchase. He was very friendly, personable and patient with the whole process (especially when it came to teaching us about the car's technology features). It was clear that he cared about our needs being met rather than making a sale. Thank you Kiril! More

Friendly and consumer-focused My wife and I purchased a new Subaru Outback Touring XT. I had never seen anyone purchase a car, let alone purchased one myself, so when we were seri My wife and I purchased a new Subaru Outback Touring XT. I had never seen anyone purchase a car, let alone purchased one myself, so when we were seriously considering a new vehicle, I was wary of the classic negative tropes of this experience. Hence, I spent 50+ hours conducting research on cars, dealerships, and the associated process. Thanks to DealerRater, word-of-mouth from independent local mechanics, and available inventory, I set my sights on Grand Subaru. We had already narrowed our top vehicle choice between the Limited XT and Touring XT. Per my prior phoned-in request, Jeff had the vehicles prepared; he pertinently provided information on these. He ensured we were comfortable with the features before the test drive. When I told him we were serious with purchasing the Touring XT, he recognized our seriousness and seamlessly addressed our goals. I felt comfortable sharing my research about the vehicles and pricing as I showed him my binder, organized with 12 sections. When I requested further flexibility with pricing, he was very fair in disclosing how flexible he can be, why and why not (i.e.: high demand of the vehicle). We traded in a car, for which the appraisal seemed quite fair. Furthermore, he described why they offered the specific value of our now-former car, which fit within the range of my prior research (again, Jeff's great demeanor made us comfortable showing our pages of research). Afterwards, we met with Brandon. He was candid about the pricing. He did not push us to make decisions about insurance plans, etc, as he respectfully provided us the space to independently make our own decisions. When reviewing the numbers, he provided us all the time we needed to ensure we understood every number on the computer screen and papers--the same with reading the contracts (the key parts of which we read line-by-line). The patience was greatly appreciated as it was already dark outside and the dealership had emptied out by its time to close. The duration of the entire encounter was 6 hours--I am unsure how to rate this in terms of efficiency but note we just moved from out-of-state so I am sure this added a wrinkle with the paperwork. Between our direct interactions, we were greeted and checked in on by the other staff, who were kind and sought to address our needs. Overall, we gladly felt we were treated with great respect as the folks at Grand Subaru kindly and calmly took our requests seriously and processed them into us driving off in a wonderful new car. I do not have enough experience with the other dealerships for a comparison but as annoyingly detail-oriented people, we have not a single negative statement!
