I went to this dealership to look at a Venza. The dealership appraised my used vehicle for approximately 12k less than what it typically sells for. They severely low balled my trade in. They then came up with various excuses as to why they made a low offer on my vehicle. One of the arguments was that they may have problems with the vehicle after it sits on the lot, which did not make any sense as they inspected the vehicle prior to the appraisal. This claim was made by the sales manager Chris Czaja. Anyways, I had an overall horrible experience with the dealership and my sales person Bob Swanson. They lost my business and I will not be returning to this dealership. Nor will I recommend to friends and family. I would give them 0 stars if I could as they are essentially crooks when it came to my trade in offer, but want the highest price for vehicles on their lot. More
