She was professional, informative, and very quick to respond. Once I set foot at the dealership that service continued. I actually didn't really think I would be buying that same day. I'm usually one to sit on an idea for a bit. Briana, though, was so helpful and the car was so perfect that I decided to go for it. She then set us up with Brandon who helped us with the financing. He was super friendly and got us a great deal. When I left, driving away in my brand new Forester, I could not think of a single thing that needed to change about the experience.
