Outside of the actual car-buying experience, I find it worth noting that my same-sex partner and I felt comfortable at all times in the dealership, which should be a standard, but is, unfortunately, a blessing. I got a great price on the car, but we drove in from out of town expecting a quick buying experience and it was anything but that. The car wasn't clean when we arrived because of a storm that went through t of town expecting a quick buying experience and it was anything but that. The car wasn't clean when we arrived because of a storm that went through the night before so I understand why they were cleaning or re-cleaning it. The salesman (Will) was very nice and helpful, but he was extremely busy with other customers at the same time so things took longer than they should. Then, the finance person (which we were not using as we already had financing and brought a check) was quick once we were in his office, but we waited over an hour to get in his office. Overall a very slow buying process so I had to knock it down to 4 stars. Honestly, considering everything was essentially agreed to beforehand, we drove in with the purchase money, COVID should have allowed for a quick paperwork process with as few people involved as possible, etc. I probably should rate it lower. Keeping it at 4 stars because of Will. More
