Very happy with our buying experience! We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We knew what we were looking for and had narrowed it down to 3 vehicles (diff We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We knew what we were looking for and had narrowed it down to 3 vehicles (different brands). We visited multiple times to ask questions, review features, test drive, etc.. and every time we were met with a smile. Brianna went out of her way to find answers for any questions we had and offered the facts with a no-pressure approach. Having been out of the purchasing market for many years, this was much appreciated. We just needed time to take it all in and make the best decision for our family. I would highly recommend the Subaru Ascent and making a purchase with Brianna was a breeze. In addition, we had our follow-up visit with Jason Zapfel a few weeks later, and this program was perfect. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, I'd noted several questions in my little Subaru notebook, and it was great to get the answers I needed. Thanks Subaru! More

HIGHLY recommended dealership!!! We heard about GRAND on the Subaru Forums while shopping for a new car. They were about 5 hours away. Perfect ratings, and GREAT deals. After getting quotes from our local dealer, we quickly decided to make the trip to save thousands! Our experience was certainly up to their high standards. We got a great deal and a perfect delivery! One small issue cropped up, and it was taken care of. That's when you really know what level of commitment a dealership has to customer satisfaction. We had already completed the deal, and completed a PERFECT Subaru Survey. They continued to treat us like family. I asked for a service check pre-delivery, and the service department went above and beyond expectations to insure we were taken care of. I have ALWAYS found something wrong with a new car when purchased. Usually several things. This is the first time we had a perfect delivery! No surprise "fees", excellent instructions, and superb follow up. And no return trips to a dealer for any warranty work. THANKS Cameron and Sandy!!! We can't figure out how to give 6 stars.... More

Nealy Anderson was phenomenal! Nealy was prompt and responsive. Didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. I got a great quote from her in writing right away. When it was time to buy I wanted to buy from Grand because they wasted no time to give me the best deal and earn my business. I was actually hoping the other dealers wouldn't go lower because of how well I was treated by Nealy and all the folks at Grand Subaru in Bensonville. More
