No Pressure! I had to unexpectedly get a new (used) car and usually do not look forward to going into a dealership, let alone during a pandemic. I found the car online and Mark contacted me to see about a test drive. I went, expecting to be given a hard sell and was so pleasantly surprised to experience the total opposite. After the test drive, we sat and came to a final price -- however, I needed some time to think about it so left without purchasing-- no last minute, "What can I do to put you in this car today?" kind of thing. But by the end of the day I emailed Mark that I wanted to put a deposit on it because I felt it was a great deal. I came in shortly thereafter to finalize the transaction, again no surprises and no hard sell with an extended warranty, etc. I also found about that I can come in any time for a free car wash, and I must mention the great coffee machine they have! Seriously, try the cappuccino:) And even though it was pretty contactless and we all were wearing masks, it turned out to be a really nice experience. Mark was terrific, very personable and Al was a pleasure to deal with for the finance part. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

When Covid-19 hit and our purchase was put on hold due to everything shutting down, he stayed in touch to keep us updated on when our car might arrive. When the day finally came and we went to the dealership he and the entire Grand Subaru staff could not have been more helpful and professional. It was certainly unique to be wearing masks during the entire experience but Jeff made it as pleasant as possible, guided us through the process and even spent extra time answering our many questions and going over all all the features of the new vehicle.
