"Pleasantly surprised" is how I would characterize my experience at Grand Subaru. I have never had a more honest, transparent, hassle-free vehicle transaction. Never did I feel like I was being hard sold on products, and both groups simply presented all the available options in an informative manner and let the consumer decide. Jeff my sales guy even did a great job training my wife on her new Outback, since there was no trainer available due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Brandon the finance guy I worked with was amazing too. The prices here are excellent and all the details are clearly outlined early in the process, so there are no surprises. I will absolutely return here for my next Subaru purchase. More
