Worth driving 8hrs for! Twice now we have made the long drive to Grand Subaru to work with Brianna in buying our new Subarus. This trip for us from Mid-Michigan takes between 3-4hrs depending on the Chicago traffic. Why? Well, while we have Subaru dealerships in our area, none of them compare to Grand Subaru. The pricing alone is worth it, but the customer service and personal attention every time pits them above all the rest. We plan to return again and again for our Subarus, and that drive ... Lack of enthusiasm They were great with being friendly and polite, as they should. They also did great work helping me work with a cosigner that was out of state. However overall I feel they lack in communication, specifically with interactions that aren't face to face. If I sent an email it was not always responded to, or if I called and left a message I didn't always get a call back. Usually this isnt a huge deal but with an interaction where the sharing and understanding of information is crucial I felt like this was a flaw. I felt like there was time wasted that didn't need to be. It was a good experience for the most part, it just felt like there was room for improvement. More

Upon submitting my request for a 2019 Subaru Impreza, I was directed to Grand S I utilized the Costco Auto program to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza. Upon submitting my request for a 2019 Subaru Impreza, I was directed to Grand Subaru. I live in the far Western suburbs, so the location was not convenient for me. As a result, I simultaneously worked with the dealership where I purchased my previous Subaru. Nealy was, by far, the best sales person I have ever had through a new car purchase. Her communications during work hours and after-hours was fantastic and helped me streamline the process. The pricing she provided right out of the chute ended up being the bottom line price at the end, and her transparency with the process was exemplary. I actually complicated the process because I was double-checking all of the pricing matters with Costco advisers throughout the process. When it came time to discuss the 'extras' (extended warranty, maintenance plans, vehicle protection services), Nealy accepted my "no thanks" as the final word and did not pressure me or make me uncomfortable about declining the offers. From my experiences, that is a rarity. There is usually a hard sell on those items, and Nealy accepted my "no" as the final word. I highly recommend Nealy, and it is truly refreshing to work with such a great communicator and genuinely friendly person through an important financial decision! More
