Everything from the test drive, to negotiating our trade in, and eventually financing was really pleasant and just easy. We worked with Nicole who was incredibly responsive and was able to answer every question we had about the Forester. My typical car purchase consists of collecting as much data as possible and then having to deal face to face with dealer staff playing “the game” trying to drive an emotional argument to extract as much money as possible. After refusing to play “the game” with local dealers, I started looking on line and entered into discussions with Nicole at Grand Subaru. This was nothing but a respectful business deal from beginning to end. We arrived at a price that was fair and thousands less than what local dealers were unwilling to negotiate to. We drove 140 miles to meet Nicole and pick up our car. The experience at the dealership was very professional and within two hours we finished our business and were on our way. This was our first Subaru and most likely will not be our last. More
A "GRAND" Experience I had been doing some on-line Subaru shopping after a visit to the Chicago Auto Show in February--hoping to use my $500 voucher from Auto Show test dr I had been doing some on-line Subaru shopping after a visit to the Chicago Auto Show in February--hoping to use my $500 voucher from Auto Show test drive. We were really leaning towards the Crosstrek (traded an Impreza), but voucher not good on that model. We went to Grand, where I have gone for my trusted Subaru service since about 2006. We met with Michael Sinacola, discussed our trade, told him what we were looking for. He found the car we wanted, called us to arrange an appointment, and the trade-in/purchase went very smoothly. Michael was not a high-pressure salesman; he understood our concerns and wanted to be sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We did our closing paper work with Brandon Metz--he, too, provided a pleasant experience. And we always appreciate Joe Bednarek in the Service Department for his care and concern. That's why we keep coming back to Grand Subaru. More
