Not trust worthy I would not recommend ever doing business with this dealership. I had a car shipped on 3/19/2019 that I was told was in great shape only to receive a I would not recommend ever doing business with this dealership. I had a car shipped on 3/19/2019 that I was told was in great shape only to receive a very dirty car with a ton of issues. Notified the dealership after receiving that day. Tried talking to management about having it shipped back because it was not what I was told it was like & that surely he would want to be honest about the problem only to be told I can't return the car. Very unprofessional and they do not stand behind their words. I've never had such awful service from a dealership. Pictures were sent in to prove the car was not like the pictures I was sent & told the car looked like but the manager argued with me & didn't care at all about it. More

Made our purchase easy except for the interruptions. Our Sales person, Nicole, was nice and polite. As she and Sandy in internet sales said "we do not play games or do add ons". I can say that is correct. Pricing was up front and even trade was fair. I thought mine trade was worth more than initial number Afiza went back and got me a few hundred more. None of us ever get all we think our trade is worth but Grand Subaru was more than fair. I highly recommend them. More
