Michael made the process quick and easy, helping me where I needed it, overall a great buying experience! Some car dealerships can be pushy with their sales but not this one. I talked with some of the other customers in the waiting room they were waiting for service on their vehicles and they were all smiling just sitting there and had to ask them whether they like their vehicles or not and they all said they love them so much.. that was the selling point to me! I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Michael, he knows his cars and all their options, bells and whistles. Tried to overcharge much!! I went to Bensenville Subaru in hopes of purchasing their 2017 WRX Premium car in November. The internet price was listed at $22,983. I drove about an I went to Bensenville Subaru in hopes of purchasing their 2017 WRX Premium car in November. The internet price was listed at $22,983. I drove about an hour and a half to look at the car and i really like it. we went inside and we started talking numbers. after financing and everything the price came out to payments of $583 per month for 72 months with a $1,000 down payment. Meaning that the overall price of the vehicle was just under $43,000. Almost Double the price that the car was listed at. When i saw those numbers i knew they just wanted to pocket all the extra money so i left. Daniel, the sales rep, stayed in contact with me calling me and emailing me to try to go back and that they might be able to work with the numbers. So i just asked him to send me a list of ALL the cost that was included in the price that was given to me. The internet price, the interest rate i was getting, the fees, and everything. He emailed me back with these numbers; Car price: $22,983, Tax Rate: 9%, Fees: $400, Int. Rate 9% and a $1,000 Down Payment. I did all the math and the loan amount i would be requesting would be $24,451.47. With a 9% int. over 72 months the total would be $441/month so $31,734.00 total price. I asked Daniel where the other $12,000 were coming from and he just avoided the question and only answered with just come on over and i can get you the best deal possible. He did not want to answer my question which showed me that they were just trying to rip me off. I wonder how many people they have tried to pull this stunt with. Never buying a vehicle from this dealership!! More
