Talked to the sales lady, who was nice and helpful, and she assured us that they would fix it for the price they were asking for it. We left and came back another day and they told us that they fixed the roof and chips on the front bumper and hood. The person who did the so called "repairs" did a horrible job. The clear coat on the front bumper was hazy and looked like garbage and the roof was not fixed it was touched up with paint. The underlying problem with the roof is the rust that was starting due to the bubbling. After talking to the used car sales manager, who treated us like crap because we are in our early 20s, he said it's just bad business to fix the roof like that. So after being told one thing we were told another. They refused to budge on the price of the car even after they didn't fix the problems. Then we find out that there is only 1 key to the car and it would cost us around $250 to get a key and have it programmed. So he refused to go down on the price of the car because of the missing key and the cost to fix the roof even after we were told they were going to fix the problems for us. The sales person was nice and tried helping us but the used car sales manager was rude and arrogant to say the least. I work in the parts business so I have a very good idea of the cost on parts and labor and this dude just pulled crap out of his butt. They do not communicate with each other very well either, sales person said we can do $13900 before talking to anyone else and then the manager came back to us and said no they wouldn't go lower then $14000. Also do not leave a deposit in cash because they refuse to give it back to you in cash. They made us wait 5 days to receive a check in the mail after being told that we would get a call in no more than 2 days to come pick up our deposit. Overall not a good experience with this dealer and would not recommend anyone buy here. Also, if you're looking into the Mazda check out the roof closely I would hate for someone to get it with the crappy "fix" job and it start to rust in a year. More

It was a horrible experience, we basically got ripped off and the customer service was poor. It was my first time to buy a car in the USA so I was still vulnerable to those sharks. Then I read on a review online that Grand Subaru was number 1 in customer experience and satisfaction. From the moment you walk in you will be greeted by friendly staff (given that it is not a Saturday). Btw, I got an online quote using truecar app and I received an email from many dealership and my gut feeling told me to go to Grand Subaru, and was never disappointed. The showroom was clean and there are lots of freebies so you don't get bored if you have to wait. Chris Czaja was our salesperson, and to tell you the truth, he is what a dealer should be. He was professional and friendly, from keeping you updated with email or phone calls to making sure you are comfortable with your buying experience. Excellent service, no hassle, no pressure, no BS, straight to the point. He is very well informed and also listens to what you want and need, even told a us a little bit of background from his WRX to switching to Outback because family is always first, and that is the reason we are buying a car because of our new born. We got ripped off of our first car purchase so from the start we were screwed from financial standpoint. I already knew that we are not getting our ideal budget because we are trading our used car and we still owed money from that. but, Chris told us that they will be doing everything to get us a good deal and they pulled through. To summarize it, if you are looking for a new car, go to Grand Subaru and get a Subaru. You are not only getting a great and reliable performing car you'll also get a great buying experience. If your'e lucky maybe Chris Czaja will be your dealer. More

Despite this, he still took the time to fully explain everything to me and keep me updated. Jeff understood what I was looking for and did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. When I picked up my vehicle he took the time to go over everything with me. I highly recommend Jeff and hope to work with him again when it's time to purchase our next vehicle. More
Mike is unprofessional rookie and rude! I tried to buy a car from Mike. He offered me a low ball on my trade (which is a really nice car). You're weak and insulting sales rep lost that deal for you. I will never do business with a company that treats combat wounded vets like this and has no tact. Stress free purchase...whatever. More
