My experience with Grand Subaru far exceeds any of my car buying experiences. I had been looking for a Subaru SUV for quite some time. I was quite surprised when the internet Sale's manger Jason Smith responded to my email on a Sunday evening via phone call. The experience was truly wonderful! He made me feel comfortable and the conversation was pressure free. After talking with Jason about the Crosstrek I was interested in, I quickly realized there was no reason to shop any further. It was the holiday season and our family had just experienced some financial setbacks. Jason had the patience to listen to what was needed for me to make this purchase. He has incredible interpersonal skills, and treated me (the customer) like a family member throughout the entire process. He truly cares and realizes that purchasing a vehicle is a big decision. Ramon made the purchase happen for me for my 22 WRX. It was very difficult getting one at the right price and deal and Ramon made it happen for me!
