I want to praise Granite Subaru for repairing an electrical problem a couple of weeks following the purchase of a used Outback . With help from Haley, Jaime, and Kasper ; I was able to have the pr electrical problem a couple of weeks following the purchase of a used Outback . With help from Haley, Jaime, and Kasper ; I was able to have the problem resolved without cost. I waited 30 min. longer than I was told the alignment would take. Finally, asked about my car at the service desk. It was ready, I paid. When I got home there was longer than I was told the alignment would take. Finally, asked about my car at the service desk. It was ready, I paid. When I got home there was a message from Jessy for my husband, that the alignment was complete. No one told me my car was ready because they were looking for my husband. I heard an employee going around asking men if they were Robert!? Seriously!! I don’t enjoy having my time wasted. More
