We are sorry to hear your frustration with the purchase. Ultimately it seems like you loved the car, and received a fair price, which seems like the most important part. You are correct, NH does not have a "cooling off" period like some other states do. When you sign a contract and make a purchase there unfortunately is no return policy. We're sorry if no one was able to help you when you came in as we did not plan on setting time aside per your request. That being said we are happy that someone else was able to assist you. It's unfortunate that you felt there were some ups and downs with the purchase and we hope you are still loving the vehicle.

We appreciate the review and feedback. Unfortunately management wasn't made aware of any of these issues when you posted this review. The minute they found out our Service Manager immediately addressed this with you as well as a loaner vehicle. Once we addressed the issue we had you inspect to ensure the issue was taken care of to your liking. We're sorry if things were not addressed as timely as you wished but the minute we were made aware of any issues we handled it.
