Appointment time was 7:30am, doors were still locked at 7:33am. No loaner vehicle offered to SVT owners. Must be a new policy, I assume, but that was a convenience I liked when I paid the price for the vehicle. Those are the cons. Totally Unprofessional. Been twice. First time they misplaced car, realized which vehicle was mine and didn’t do service because they didn’t check paperwork to match to bin s Been twice. Had to then reschedule appointment because they had my car all day and did no service. Second time I visited took long than quoted even though I dropped car off a day before scheduled appointment. After more than 25 and past quoted tome I call to ask about car and they tell me yeah it’s been done just never notified me even though I opted in to text notifications. Service member on phone then tells me I can come get it if I can be there in the next 10 minutes before they close (I have no car). I then have to wait til the next day to be able to pick up car. They say nothing and just hand me the keys. Totally unprofessional and unreliable service. More
