Not The Best My car needed an oil change. I have a Ford Fiesta. I pay for the Premium Maintenance Service. Which means ALL oil changes are free. Maybe my experienc My car needed an oil change. I have a Ford Fiesta. I pay for the Premium Maintenance Service. Which means ALL oil changes are free. Maybe my experience would have been different had I been a paying customer. I went the previous day and the service person told me it would be quicker to make an appointment and come back. So I did. Set an appointment for 3pm the next day. I got there 25 minutes early. They took my keys. I went to the customer lounge. It took around an hour and a half to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My car is SMALL. I could have done it in 30 minutes myself! I was really not happy with the length of time I had to wait even WITH AN APPOINTMENT! If I recommended this Service Center, I would warn about the wait time! More

Ok but a lot of people there don't communicate well eac the I came in for oil change. I was told come in early it will not take long. 2 house later I was done. Thank goodness for the nice salesman that let me t I came in for oil change. I was told come in early it will not take long. 2 house later I was done. It was ordered and replaced but unfortunately it has popped off again. More

Emergency help I had to use ford roadside assistance because my truck wouldn’t start. They Sent a tow company that jump started the truck so I could get to the servi I had to use ford roadside assistance because my truck wouldn’t start. They Sent a tow company that jump started the truck so I could get to the service center. Once there they took my truck in for check it out and found a bad cell in the battery. They changed it and sent me on my way. Everything went very smooth and the team made a stressful situation very good. I called Kerry Kulp and found out he was on his day off, but he still was happy to help me out. He called ahead and had Ashley ready for me when I arrived. Ashley expedited my service and I appreciate the service I received. Thanks to the team who made my day. More
