New set of tires I came in on the 19th to purchase a brand new set of tires. Usually I rate the service a 4 or 5. But this time I gave them a 2. I wasnt expecting my n I came in on the 19th to purchase a brand new set of tires. Usually I rate the service a 4 or 5. But this time I gave them a 2. I wasnt expecting my new tires to be bright and shiny. But to atleast appear clean. Well that wasnt the case. These new tires looked like they was covered in brake dust and appeared to have been drug across the floor. I was very displeased. But they havent lost me yet. Excellent service Our 2008 Taurus X with 225,000 miles on it broke down with all dash warning lights on. The transmission clunked and felt like it was not in fear. AAA towed us to Green Ford and the next day we had a diagnosis of a failed output shaft speed sensor. They had the part in stock and got it done the next day. Sure the repair cost us half the value of the car- but the car is paid for and we are back on the road with no car payment! More

unprofessional staff The staff is very unprofessional! It was crystal clear that the car salesman that assisted me did not have a lot of knowledge on the proper procedures The staff is very unprofessional! It was crystal clear that the car salesman that assisted me did not have a lot of knowledge on the proper procedures with selling cars. I was shown a vehicle that was filthy on the inside! The car salesman explained that before I purchased the vehicle that it would be thoroughly cleaned on the inside and on the exterior. However after I purchased the vehicle the inside was still filthy and the staff did not want to cooperate! The staff that I worked with main concern was that I purchased the vehicle and after that they had absolutely no interest in my concerns! I also used my prior vehicle as a trade in and I advised the sales rep that the vehicle was located at a service repair facility and had to be removed soon. It has been 2 weeks and the car is still sitting and has not been towed. The owner of the repair facility is inquiring about the tow date. I have called Green Ford on 3 different occasions and asked to speak with a manager. Every time that I have called I have been told that a manager will return my call and no one has done so! The salesman also did not require that I call to add the new vehicle on to my current auto policy which is not the proper protocol. Luckily I have previous experience because a first time car buyer would have been clueless. I will never purchase another vehicle from Green Ford! More
