I just had an alignment and it took two different employees to pressure me into getting an alignment that I did not need. That was the part of the experience that really frustrated me. I was told because I got 3 new tires that I needed an alignment as well. Not to mention that it cost me $100 for an alignment. I usually go to a family mechanic who I feel looks out for me and has never did anything dishonest like this. I wanted to go to ford to see what all I needed done on my car but I’m not sure if I can trust them to do anything besides take my money. More

Good service Because of Jason Waller, we got the best service we have ever gotten anywhere on any of our vehicles. My Explorer started feeling out of control Because of Jason Waller, we got the best service we have ever gotten anywhere on any of our vehicles. My Explorer started feeling out of control in the rear where Green Ford had just done some recall work. I thought it was due to an error made while doing the recall work. When I wrote my review of the recall visit, I mentioned that I was not sure if everything had been handled correctly since I was having an issue. Jason Waller wrote me to see what they could do to fix it. I took it back to Green Ford to have them look at it. I was given a loaner to drive & also given it long enough to drive out of town (we were leaving just two days after I took it in for our daughter’s wedding weekend). I found I did not like the Explorer they gave me to use & asked if they could get the work done in my car so I could have it back for the weekend. They ultimately found that my back tires were bald & that there was a recall on them. They were able to get us a $750 allowance toward a new set of tires, replace the worn tires with a set of top of the line tires & we just paid the difference. We were on the road for that weekend as planned! More

Always an issue when I go to Green Ford Waited quite awhile for the recall part to come in. The dealership was not equipped to handle the recall issues with all their customers. No loaner car was issued-they said when it’s a recall they don’t do that. Requested them to check my battery to see if it was dead seeing my car was leaving me stranded multiple times with a drained battery. Car is only 2 years old. Got the run around and I’m the end it took them 2 days for the service of the recall and to tell me my battery was dead. They wanted to charge me 128 just for telling me my battery was dead. I escalated to a supervisor and he waived the charge. I feel Green Ford does not put their customers first and they are out to just make money off of them. Time and time again their communication on service department is very bad and needs improvement ASAP. Stops keeping customers in the dark about what is going on with their vehicles and then charge them outrageous prices. More
