My car was sold to me claiming that there was nothing wrong with the car tires were replaced. When I went to get car serviced before the 30 days, I wanted to return it after driving for a week or 2 and realizing they weren’t feeling right. They said yea they will preplace them but they will do it when I get serviced. So after 30 day purchase they finally get me say they can’t replace the tires and also the tires are dry rotted and I need to pay $400 for 3 new tires. This place is a scam, when purchasing any of my 3 other vehicles from growing up I’ve never dealt with this. More

I dealt with Kevin and he was very friendly. Was informed my power steering issue was a recall/warranty issue so it was repaired for free!! Service recommended I get four new tires... I was aware that I needed new tires so I went ahead and got the tires since I saved money from not having to pay for power steering issue. My invoice was actually cheaper than what I was quoted so that was nice and my car was done in a timely manner. Will def take my fusion back again if I have an issue. More

Maintenance Visit Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment. The service department was closed at the time but the GM of the dealership opened the bay and all Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment.
