Bad mechanics Replaced a seatbelt months ago and they could not get seatbelt light off. Told me to bring it back. Inattentative Personnel Complained if a prior issue the issue returned, dealership said they didnt treat the issue the first time. Complete disregard for hardworking folks... Not to mention. Now the sunroof won't close when it was when I took it in. Smh! Poor customer care. More

Complete rip off I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They also said the alternator was 358 dollars and an hour and a half labor fee is how iy came up to be that expensive. Long story short i went to auto zone spent 175 on a alternator and went nack up there and pit it on myself in 35 minutes. Here's the kicker... they still charge a diagnostic fee when i told them what was wrong. More
