Issue with DEF unit I had a check engine light on my 2012 F-250. I called Ashley at Green Ford on Tues to see if I could bring the truck in on Wednesday. On Wed truck was I had a check engine light on my 2012 F-250. I called Ashley at Green Ford on Tues to see if I could bring the truck in on Wednesday. On Wed truck was dropped off at 07:30. I received a call saying the DEF heater needed to be replace w a price estimate. I pled repair. At 1:00 the truck repair was completed. I was very pleased with getting the truck back quickly with the problem solved. More

Craptastic customer service To make a long story short: Car dropped of for diagnostic Thursday night... paperwork to put car in the system still not done by Monday mid-day (only To make a long story short: Car dropped of for diagnostic Thursday night... paperwork to put car in the system still not done by Monday mid-day (only discovered because we stopped by to check on things and they had to figure out why car wasn't in the queue)...no update on car until Thursday. Not only did the service personnel not apologize for how long it took (almost a week for a diagnostic), but they were not very pleasant when my daughter picked up the car. Customer service = CRAPPY. I've had way better with other Ford dealerships and will go elsewhere for service in the future. Please remember that for most folks their car is critical to daily life and you get one chance to make a first impression on a new customer. More
Used 2016 gt I drove one and a half hours when I found my dream car online. I worked with Kim who was awesome and was great to work with. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to go through the process. This doesn’t seem to be a particular dealership problem because we’ve bought cars before on the A-to-Z plan at another dealership and it was the same way. When buying a car on the A-Z plan It seems like it should be very straightforward, no negotiating but yet it still took hours and hours to get in out of there. We loved our salesman he was wonderful. He went above and beyond. More
