This doesn’t seem to be a particular dealership problem because we’ve bought cars before on the A-to-Z plan at another dealership and it was the same way. When buying a car on the A-Z plan It seems like it should be very straightforward, no negotiating but yet it still took hours and hours to get in out of there. We loved our salesman he was wonderful. He went above and beyond. More

Service center was good. Having my car in for a $600 repair before the first payment was due was not good at all! I would have thought that you would do something better than Having my car in for a $600 repair before the first payment was due was not good at all! I would have thought that you would do something better than what you did. I also purchased a warranty. This seems strange that this one hose was not covered. I know your customer service did what they could, but I feel this problem should have been found when it was brought in for sale. I will never buy a car from you again. More
