Car was in service for 5.5 MONTHS I brought my 2018 EcoSport back in to the shop with 500 miles on it due to a transmission issue. Was in the shop for a month. About 30 days after this I brought my 2018 EcoSport back in to the shop with 500 miles on it due to a transmission issue. Was in the shop for a month. About 30 days after this I was in a fender bender. My car was then in the shop from March 12th until June 30. After over 100 days in the shop Green Ford mysteriously added $3000 to my supplement to my insurance company resulting in a total loss. I have driven Fords and fords only for 10 years. I will never purchase another Ford because of this dealerships absolutely horrible service and complete negligence in taking any responsibility for not being able to repair a brand new car. Go to Bill Black Chevrolet instead. More
