I had some service done on my Edge, so looked around while I was there. Brian Murphy was my sales rep, & was very helpful. I took my husband back to look at the Escape & we ended up buying one right then. Brian has been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & extremely patient. I’m glad he was our rep. You need to look at the entire package, i.e. cost of tires, installation, balance , alignment, and future rotation. Recommend with reservations I bought my car two years ago and had received prompt service- until this past routine service. I made two trips to learn that I had up to a 3 hour wa I bought my car two years ago and had received prompt service- until this past routine service. I made two trips to learn that I had up to a 3 hour wait. I don’t know if there are fewer techs or what the problem is. I never had waits like that. I even called ahead for second visit. I would be glad to make an appointment if that were available. Issue #2. My friends water pump seals went bad on their 2011 Explorer. It cost them $8000 to replace the engine. No help from Ford. So I asked to have water pump checked on my 2013. First visit - said no problem to check. Yesterday I was told it would be $100 to check this. Great. Ford has a flaw in their water pump seals and I have to pay to have that checked so it doesn’t ruin my engine. I have owned 4 Fords. Reconsidering. More
