Great reps, but lacking in total car maintenance. All of the employees were awesome. I bought my car on a Friday and picked it up on Saturday after closing. The spare key that was left for me in the g All of the employees were awesome. I bought my car on a Friday and picked it up on Saturday after closing. The spare key that was left for me in the glove box was literally Scotch taped together, such that neither of the automatic buttons worked on it. The inside light didn't work when I test drove it and still didn't work when I picked it up. There was 1/4 tank of gas, also 1/4 tank on test drive. I assumed both of those things would be adjusted, so don't assume! One tire had to be replaced, which typically means two tires. Upon replacement, it was discovered that one of the rims was bent. This, after being serviced and tires rotated at Milton Martin Honda close to the dealership. Not sure why that wasn't caught and corrected. Overall, a good experience. Ask more questions and assume nothing. I thought a full tank of gas, at the very least, was the norm. Guess not! More

Both Sean and Blaine were incredibly informative and helpful, bending over backwards to make sure we were educated and fully understood what our question entailed. That helped us immensely and would have never expected the time, courtesy, and help like that from any other dealer, except Greene Ford. The vehicle sale has always been an enjoyable experience with Greene every few years, but the service experience afterwards every few months is truly beyond comparison. I looked for vehicles online at atea dealerships. I found 3 I was interested in. Kim at Greene Ford was the first to respond back to me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
