We originally found the perfect Expedition in stock online at Greene Ford and we immediately were able to start texting (extremely convenient option) with the awesome employees at the dealership who were more than willing to assist in us purchasing this vehicle from out of state. From the initial contact, all of the way through the day we drove the truck off the lot, they made this painless!! Not to mention their pricing was the best! We would absolutely return in the future. I have purchased at least 2 brand new trucks from Greene Ford in the past but I can say this recent purchase will certainly be my last purchase from your dealership EVER!!! We own our own business and purchase many vehicles for it as well but we will be sure to take our business elsewhere. I found the truck I purchased online and went in and bought it. I know it was used, but the way the situation was handled left me very unhappy. I didn’t even drive the truck 450 miles and it started going into a limp mode and shutting the turbo down. I brought it in, and told they would replace the spark plugs and I would be good. I begged them saying I just want my money back. The tires on the truck were very worn and made a noise which is no problem I replaced them but when I did, I could then hear how the turbo was sounding odd. Not even owning it one day the backup camera went out. I honestly feel like someone who purchased a vehicle from a buy here pay here dealership. I was assured the truck went through your service and was good to go. I even asked to just sell it back and they offered me 15k on a truck I purchased a little over a week earlier for over 20k. In the business that I am in we strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction but clearly that is not how this business is ran. My family has purchased at least 20 new ford vehicles in the past 8 years but I can assure you that myself and my very large extended family will never do business with you again. I begged to lose all of the money I spent on taxes and everything else to be lost and I would just sell the truck back for what I paid, but that was not an option. I know this review won’t even matter but at least you will know you have lost many customers through this single poorly handled transaction. if I could give negative stars I would. More

The financing process was careful and measured so that I could leave with all of the best options while not blowing my budget. JV was helpful in the utmost, I left feeling like he really cared about my wellbeing and my experience purchasing a new vehicle. I cant say enough about the Jason's. Quality people. I showed up at 8:30am and was in a new car by lunch. More

While interrogating him, he didn't try to "sell" me or convey anything he didn't know. I like straight up honesty. I have to admit, car dealers make me extremely anxious. I know you guys are out to make money (all of us are, that's how you stay in business), I just hate negotiating. Of course the Hebrew in me wants to make a sound/fair purchase, and of course I want you guys to make a profit (unless you're a democrat; then I would want them to starve) . . . Sorry for the deviation. . . . Back on track. All of your people were awesome; especially Esteban and Travis; so was Aaron. I really do appreciate the delivery of the car, yet . . . . . I was a little disappointed that the gas tank wasn't full and the car's interior could have been touched up a little.. Lastly (courtesy of Clark Howard), I'm pretty sure an extended warranty plan on most vehicles (especially Honda products; hopefully Ford too) is not a good investment; please don't push this.
