I had been emailing with Raven Truitt for almost a week going over the details of ordering a GR Supra and, while she was helpful, she passed me along to John Cartoned who proceeded to "decline my offer to going over the details of ordering a GR Supra and, while she was helpful, she passed me along to John Cartoned who proceeded to "decline my offer to purchase" after I requested that we keep communicating through email. After that, both John and Raven ignored my emails completely and wasted my time. The dealership lost a potential sale due to the unprofessional behavior of those employees. More
