I received a callback regarding my inquiry. I then made an appointment to look at the car. When I arrived for my appointment, nobody knew I was coming. I then waited for a salesperson who then came over an appointment to look at the car. When I arrived for my appointment, nobody knew I was coming. I then waited for a salesperson who then came over and knew nothing about what I had come in for. I explained and he went to find the car. After checking the inventory, he found the car was in a remote lot and wasn’t ready to be seen. I voiced my concern and nobody there cared at all. It was such a terrible experience. More

They did a fantastic job from beginning to end I was greeted as soon as I walked into the dealership by the lady at the front desk she didn’t act too busy to walk us around the showroom and introduce us to a sales associate (Pete "coach” przyborowski) Pete walked us throughout the lot showing us the vehicles but giving us space and not hovering around, answered our questions about the vehicles and never acted annoyed or irritated as we asked a good amount of ignorant questions. Pete was friendly and eager to help us and he did. He also introduced us to kasey Curran the finance manager which helped us with the paper work and final details without stress. Overall it was a great experience and we were treated like family, thanks to all the green tree Toyota team. More
