He also listened carefully and went over all of the warranty options available to me, again balancing the practical with cost-consciousness. I was able to take advantage of a service coupon, making the visit more economical and received a voucher for a free car wash. Very nice touch, also, having the tech leave a signed card on the dash board with the contact info. of the person I would contact if I had any concerns/comments. More
