Not happy with service department I recently had an oil change and tire rotation on my Tundra. Greentree is the closest dealership to my home. I was not impressed with the service wri I recently had an oil change and tire rotation on my Tundra. Greentree is the closest dealership to my home. I was not impressed with the service writer at the time. He didn't follow through on simple requests... like please call my cell phone when it's done, I'm going for lunch. He spent more time away from the service desk than at it. Last week I had a flat tire. About 600 miles since the tire rotation. It took two men to beeak the lugs free. Seriously over torqued the lugs. I called them and asked to stop in and get them properly torqed. They "didn't have time" but would schedule me the following Saturday. I'll go back to my original service / dealer in Middlebury from now on. More
