Nick was super helpful and very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle knowing it's brand new and that it has less than 4000 miles. The communication was terrible. They had the car for a week and did not get it done when promised. The fee quote did not consider alternatives. Initially they went to an extreme on estimating a rather simple repair quoting over $1,000. I had already researched the repair and had a couple repair shops tell me that it should be a way less like a thir simple repair quoting over $1,000. Since I had dropped it off at the dealer on a Sunday and was leaving town almost immediately thereafter I accepted their quote once they realized I would take the car elsewhere if they didn't look at this alternative fix. Ultimately quoted $440 and because of timing I approved that. Every time I go there it seems like we have the same kind of issues. What really aggravated me was I was told the part would be in on Wednesday and that would make the car ready for pickup when I returned the following week but there was no communication until I reached out and it was not ready when I returned. It was my persistent calling that got me to the parts department only because nobody else was picking up the phone. Jeff in the parts department was very professional and courteous and said he carried the part to the service manager the day that Jennifer was off. I do not know if Jennifer finally said the part would be in Thursday only because she was off on Wednesday. I was lucky Jeff checked for it. Apparently the repair was done that day because my car was ready the following morning but nobody had given me a clue that it was done until then. There was recall work done but unless I had seen that and asked about it on the work order, no one would have said anything.
