They were able to get me in with in 35 mins of me calling asking for an appointment. It started well but I waited an hour and 10 minutes after I received the message that my car was ready before receiving it which made me lose an hour of time I needed to prepare for a performance. When it was finally parked up front - I walked with her the first time to look for it - she said it had been getting washed but it had not been washed. It was still dirty. More
Slow, they left my car running for 30 minutes Both of my service visits have been subpar. First visit they forgot to rotate my tires and I had to go back a 2nd time. I asked Patrick what was happening and why the vehicle was running. He said they had to leave it running because the porters can't have the keys or something. Leaving someone's car running for 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I will be looking for a different dealership for my service if possible. I also recommend that you teach your employees to introduce themselves and provide their name, possibly shake hands. More
