You should do better. I don’t think there should be Miscellaneous charges. They should be covered in parts or labor. I shouldn’t have to ever pay for document storage ( which I didnt). This is a dealer problem. I don’t need you to keep my information. When I’m having service done you should give me credit for available coupons. Instead you overcharged me for the service per the listed charge on the coupon. Any discount I received was because I had to argue for it. Really doesn’t make me want to visit again. Eventually I’ll need a new car.
