I am thankful for Kia working so fast to replace my engine. The only issue I had is Kia corporate having me pay for the rental out of my pocket for 15 days and then waiting for months to be reimbursed engine. The ball was absolutely dropped on my last visit, huge safety issues! The dealership has been horrible with thier lack of communication while trying to fix the issue to the point I had to take my car som safety issues! I have been to them other times with no problems but this time really shows a lack of care for the safety of their customer's and families. More

Went for the recall. Got car still said it was needing service and needed the recall fixed. They had to reset everything because it want done. Then realized today the Got car still said it was needing service and needed the recall fixed. They had to reset everything because it want done. Then realized today the reset cancelled my Kia Connect! So now more work for me to fix. More
