I called for service on my Kia soul and thank God I was able to bring it in on the same day in about an hours time calling it was about 330. I was hoping I did not have to leave it overnight. I bought my car new at another KIA dealership I took my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my frr oil changes here but what I do get is Professional courtesy here. I had been taking my old car here since 2007 and never had a problem. Come to this KIA and ask for Tony. You definitely will be a satisfied customer when you leave. More
