Customer service from this dealership has been a joke. I bought a new Kia from them over a month ago and I still don’t have my second set of keys. I was very happy with my advisor, I believe his name was Marty. The manager was extremely patient and cordial. I was told I had to plan on waiting 3 1/2 to 4 hours so I even brought lunch.
