They do not have good customer service. I had to wait 6 days to get my car fixed. I had to call many many times just to get an update. And they never return your call when they promise t I had to wait 6 days to get my car fixed. I had to call many many times just to get an update. Everything was fine with the work they did on the car. I asked that they not give it a courtesy wash. In the past, the wash had been incomplete and looked worse than when I first brought it in. Well, loo I asked that they not give it a courtesy wash. In the past, the wash had been incomplete and looked worse than when I first brought it in. Well, looks like they started to wash it and then stopped. It also looks like they use reclaimed water as there are spots everywhere on the car. I have washed the windows 4 times and I still have those mineral spots on the windshield. Greenway should do itself a favor. Stop with the courtesy car wash, they will save some money. More

I brought my car in for an estimate. It took 3 days to complete and the service manager was very hard to reach the first 2 days. Finally got the estimate, over 6,000.000 dollars. I said no thank you and got it fixed for about 1,200.00. I will never go back. More
