We purchased the vehicle on 5/11 but didn’t pick it up until 5/18. It died on the road 5/22 and has been at the mechanic’s since then. We are being told it is the transmission. We have been trying to call and speak to a manager and no one will return our calls! This is unacceptable business practice for management to not even have the courtesy to call a phone call! I will be sharing this experience in every survey and on all social media platforms and google reviews! More

If it wasn't for Javier there wouldn't have been a deal. The salesperson I had was not interested in explaining the figures etc just wanted a sale! Javier had to step in. Finance Manager was phenomenal! The salesperson I had was not interested in explaining the figures etc just wanted a sale! Javier had to step in. Finance Manager was phenomenal! Sales rep didnt take anytime to explain the car!! He then forgot to attach license plate so I had to drive 40 mins back the next day to have it put on the car. Again, Javier had to apologize for the treatment I received. Thank you to Javier for his professionalism and awesome customer service! More

Highly disorganized. Also, they made safety-related mistakes that are unacceptable. They unplugged the child seats in my vehicle (I guess for some inspection or so) but Also, they made safety-related mistakes that are unacceptable. They never told me they had disconnected the seats so I did notice that until I saw the seat was slighly moving while driving. More
