I bought my Telluride at Kia West in 2023, after Kia of Clermont told me they couldn’t find the exact Telly I wanted and couldn’t help me,, I called Kia West after leaving there disappointed, and they foun Clermont told me they couldn’t find the exact Telly I wanted and couldn’t help me,, I called Kia West after leaving there disappointed, and they found one for me! I didn’t want to lose it so ran down put down money and signed paperwork to secure it. It was supposed to be a six week wait, it came in early (on my birthday) and they drove to another dealership to pick it up! (Happy Birthday to me) I had some problems with my car and took it to a dealership closer to home. Kia of Clermont ( I should have known better) I had it back to that dealership several time and they could not figure out the problem. Decided to go back to Kia West, first visit the figured it out and fixed the problem!! Never taking my Telly any where else! Great customer service and a great experience.! More

It's the worst place other then he'll.
